Contact Form and Email
If the contact form is used, the fields completed (name, email address, phone number if provided, company if provided, and the message) are sent to Christopher Larsen CPA. The form is relayed to the mailbox through a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission in transit. Messages sent by email arrive at that mailbox directly.
The information is used to answer the inquiry and to carry out work requested. It is not sold, rented, or used for marketing lists. It is kept for as long as it is needed for those purposes and for the period professional and legal requirements call for, and is then removed.
Confidential Documents
Please do not send leases, reconciliations, tax records, or other confidential records through the contact form. State what is available, and Christopher Larsen CPA will arrange a secure way to transfer it.
Requests Regarding Personal Information
To ask what information is held, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to connect@larsen-cpa.com. Christopher Larsen CPA will respond within a reasonable period and will explain if a legal or professional obligation prevents immediate deletion.
